Joel Monteith

Joel has been working in the yachting industry for a little 6 years. He
has been fortunate enough to find a perfect of being surrounded by
the ocean and challenging professionally. Prior to yachting he has had over 20 hospitality starting with 10 years as a chef where he and through Australia and England. He brings the core values of what he has learned over to his career in younggrowing up on the East Coast of Australia, learning at the of 10. This ultimately lead him to a life of being around ocean. In the recent years he has found Sailing and since bought part ownership of a 87 year old Scottish fishing vessel turned Sail Yacht. It has allowed his adventurous nature to travel. He feels privileged to have joined as the Chief Officer Avalon.
